NTBHA – North Texas Behavioral Health Authority
The North Texas Behavioral Health Authority oversees the 7-county public mental health system NorthSTAR and has an open meeting the second Wednesday of each month from 12 noon to approximately 2:00 pm at 1201 Richardson Drive, Suite 210, Richardson TX 75080. Those wishing to make public comment (2 minutes each) must sign up at least 5 minutes before the meeting begins. For information on NorthSTAR and the NTBHA meetings see
