6:30pm        Fireside Room. Socializing and Cash Bar

7:00pm        Three-course Seated Dinner:.
California Salad (Bibb, Watercress, Endive, Tomatoes, Avocados, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Walnuts, Raspberry Vinaigrette
Entree: 
Ponzu Mirin Glazed Chicken (Glazed and Baked with Ponzu, Garlic and Mirin) with Chef's choice  vegetables, or Vegetarian Options (Grilled Atlantic Salmon with Pinot Gris Sauce or Eggplant Parmesean with Angel Hair Pasta) & veggies  
Desserts:
Berry Bowl or Creme Brulee(Crunchy Sugar Shell, Vanilla Custard, Garnished with berries). Tea and coffee included.
